We had the most beautiful stay, so relaxing and comfortable. Thank you so much for having us!
Positive: Location was perfect, and the house was so beautifully styled and cosy. The backyard set up was perfect for both kids and adults.
Negative: Nothing we did not like!

A beautiful, family and pet-friendly beach escape with a fantastic backyard, thoughtful amenities and a relaxed Palm Spr
Positive: We really loved our stay at Casa Billie. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away. The backyard was a standout feature for us — the full-size trampoline was a huge hit with our daughter, and we loved spending afternoons around the fire pit. The property is incredibly family and pet-friendly, with plenty of secure outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.
The overall aesthetic both inside and out was beautiful and felt very Palm Springs-inspired — stylish, relaxed and thoughtfully put together. While the interior was a little smaller than we expected, it was still comfortable and worked well for our family. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great option for families, children and pets looking for a beachside getaway.☀️🌴✨
Negative: There are clearly some exciting plans underway for Casa Billie, particularly in the outdoor areas, which will no doubt add to the experience once completed. However, we were a little disappointed that some of the works in progress weren’t mentioned in the booking information. There was a slab being installed behind the fire pit area, construction activity underway in the shed, and the “Mini Billie” cubby house was in need of a bit of TLC.
The cubby house was actually one of the reasons we chose the property, as we had organised a photographer to take photos of our daughter Billie for her 2nd birthday during our stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite presented as expected, which impacted some of our plans.
None of these issues affected our overall enjoyment of the stay, but we do think it’s important that any ongoing works or features that aren’t currently in their best condition are noted in the listing or pre-arrival information so guests can set their expectations accordingly.

I would not hesitate to book this lovely home again.
Positive: I opened the door to find a welcoming 'home feel'. I was surprised to find a gift with a personal note. The house has been decorated to 'spec' with a HUGE bath awaiting me. As my family arrived, they too were similarly impressed. The host was on hand via mobile to answer a few questions. The outdoor area was landscaped to theme with a banksia in full bloom. Most items were easy to find. The keypad needs some lubricant (you are by the seaside so understand that things corrode quickly). Beds and pillow were very comfortable, with robes being a nice touch.
Negative: A couple of issues were of concern, and all were minor. The plug in the bath did not seal until we found that the o-ring had slipped. A number of the guests felt uncomfortable that there was no bathroom blind. Although there was some screening, if someone wanted to look through, they could. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the WiFi. The host tried to help with some instructions to no avail. The bedroom windows were locked, so we were unable to let fresh air in. If non-tech guests stay, they would be unable to access the information booklet as it can only be done via QR code. Larger coffee mugs would have been nice too. For future consideration, my mother visited with access issues. a ramp at the back, up the side of the house could be advantageous for people with disabilities booking in the future.
